2012 fiesta steering wheel work for 19 ST???

am very curious and have my reasons
i know you can swap parts between oler and newer fiestas, but was curious if a 12 steering wheel would work.
i dont know if it will just wire right up.
not worried about phone buttons but hoping the cruise would at least.
anyone ever try this at all?

Not 100% certain, but I know that 2015-2018 fiesta parts can be swapped around. The fiesta se steering wheel works fine and is a little bit smaller in diameter than the ST one.

The wheel itself will work but the wiring will likely be different. The button configuration is different so it's safe to say the wiring will be as well.

It has to be a wheel with steering wheel controls on both sides though. A lot of early Fiestas didn't have them or only had them on one side. Those wheels won't work because the molding behind the buttons is different. They could probably be hacked up to fit if you really wanted to though.
