Roof Basket

Did a Roof Basket for the wintertime, because i don't want my bike racks to get all crudded up. Can't ride in this mess anyway.

This is the Highland UVenture, found on amazon for 75 bucks. Its reasonably constructed and is low profile enough to not look dorky up there.

Thinking of mounting a shovel, spare snow wheel, traction pads and a lightbar up there. I have all these things already so figure i just pop them on.

Actually it is the family wagon, hauls a family of three. Plus dog. And bikes.

Not to change the subject , but I could never get past those luggage racks on the back of corvettes in the 70's , lack of space I get it , but really? It's a vette ,, it does make the ST look rally inspired . Minus the all wheel drive

I thought you meant real rally cars, not ones people use to race segments and carry their parts on/in. Cool as hell none-the-less but I meant WRC, literally lol.

If I mention "baseball players use it", the majority of us think MLB not triple A minor league.

Not disrespecting what those guys are doing, its bad ass. But you cant call a car with a roof rack packed with parts a race car unless we are maybe at the Dakar lol.

I was thinking more Audi or Subaru, because this is New York, and you see it on those cars more than the civic here.

Although the snow worthiness of the Fiesta ST is impressive with the winter tires.

I certainly didn't call it a rally car, I just needed something to take the place of my six hundred bucks worth of bike racks in winter.

Rack looks sweet, thank goodness not everyone's ST looks the same! Now for some low profile LEDs on the top and a night time rally stage shot w a little air under the tires!
I threatened the fam that I was going to haul us in the fist on a 10 hr trip.... They yelled in protest! Lol
