Are they to bs used with stock brakes or with a bbk? I have the Brembo kit.

They are built around the stock calipers but with a little trimming to accept the brembo caliper, they would work

Forgive me for asking a dumb question, because I don't have much experience with things like this. But would these be suitable all year round? Like even in snow and heavy rain on my daily driver? I'm looking to upgrade the cooling, but its important that I can still drive it any time, any day.
