^^^Thanks, but is a 225/45-16 going to be HORRID (as far as STREET USE turn-in response/'sharpness' goes) as compared to the 215/45-16 on a 16x7??

This is also WHY I wanted a 16x8 1.2, so that there would be NO problems/drawbacks to using that 225/45-16 on it. ;)

Horrid? No. You can always bump tire pressure for more feel. Adding tread patch = more traction, generally speaking. Just make sure you will clear.

Plus I figure that the Star Spec 2 sidewalls are rigid enough to not be as 'mushy' as some other more street oriented tire that size (like an S.drive or the like). ;)
