Hard going into 1st and 2nd after clutch and slave replacement

Hi Team
I had an issue with my clutch slave and had it replaced, did the clutch oil and axel seals at the same time. Ford used 75 FE oil which i replace with 2l Ravenol. When going into 1st or 2nd it is scratchy. any guidance what i can check.

Couldn’t hurt to bleed the clutch again and see if that fixes the issue
