Hello, I recently bought the electronic plumback bov by turbosmart. My car is now fluttering at all rpms. I have tried flipping the connection and it is in the right way and noticed no difference with the connection the other way. Turbosmart guy literally told me turbo flutter is normal on these valves. It's a recirculating bov it should make a moving of air sound not full on flutter. Does anyone have one installed and can tell me if this is nornal or not?
