Finally test drove a FiST and FoRS and I finally get it…

I think the term that best describes the FiST is the "smiles per miles" value. No car really comes close to what the FiST gives you in this department. It's so much fun to drive, economical, very easy to work on, and parts are relatively cheap. It's just a great lil platform.

i'd say that the term that best describes our cars is "street legal go-kart". i feel "smiles per mile" is used for cars that get poor fuel economy but are a blast. like corvettes

Haha i don't disagree. I think the term is just meant to get the point across that you'll be grinning while driving the fiesta, whereas in a corvette you might be grimacing cuz the car will easily kill you. It's way easier to lose control of a corvette or similar car, whereas in a fiesta you'll be laughing while the accelerator is to the floor.
