Hey guys, I have a 2015 Fiesta and looking to swap over to Sync 3.

I believe I have all the correct parts picked out, just need someone experienced to look over my list and confirm, I will be grateful.

Also just to make sure, I believe I saw there is no programming required, but I am not sure. Any information is appreciated thanks again :)

For anyone who may be following I have been doing research basically all day and have some up with this list.

Once I get up and running I do plan on using CyanLabs to upgrade to sync 3.4, as I am not sure if the APIM im getting is updated.

That bring up another thing, I have found out that programming shouldnt be required if you get an APIM from a Fiesta with similar features as yours. If it comes from a different car (Escape, Taurus) it will need programming. I am sure you can learn to do that if youd like, but NaviUpgrade also offers a programming service if you decided to source parts yourself.

So far I am saving about 200$+ from doing this myself rather than buying a kit. (cheapest one I saw was around 620$ I believe)

Ill come back hopefully early January and update the thread.
