Hi all, me again. I went and took a look at this car today. They didn’t have it ready to test drive, they still wanted to detail it and fix a couple of minor issues. One window covering was cracked. Another minor detail I don’t recall.

Sales rep showed me the CarFax, they bought it from auction. 2 provisos owners, only 5 service records history. only saw a few or so services performed at a Toyota dealership. Clean title. Originally purchased in Redding, CA. So my guess would be they didn’t drive it that hard, but I’m not super familiar with the Redding area, maybe they have tracks up there somewhere?

What happened to the rear reflectors? That's not a stock exhaust.
Looks like it was rode hard and put away wet. An engine bay that dirty means no one looked at it much.
I hate mud flaps on this car. Ugly and pointless, IMO.

Good catch, I didn’t even notice they are missing. I don’t think it was stock but I wasn’t absolutely sure. Sounds like I’ll be passing on this one. Appreciate it.

A lot of ruralness and mountains up in Northern California and southern Oregon. Mudflaps are probably good to keep the rocks and dirt off the bodywork from all the unpaved roads.
Ah, good point. Seems like it’s very possible they were driving it hard out in the dirt and having fun with it then?
