Issues while doing Transmission rebuild...

Doing a transmission rebuild on my 2016 carbon syncros all the bearings and whatnot, ended up getting pretty much all new gears on the output shaft, a couple new syncro hubs, any idea wtf is going on with my gears clashing?

Bearing under the shaft on the right hasn't fully seated or something? The gear on the right here seems to be higher than it should be so to me it means its not something in the middle of the stack..

I thought the same! I drove the output shaft case bearing on top of the new yellow funnel and I can't move the funnel anymore so I figured it was seated....input shaft case bearing I can visually see is bottomed out on the case 😭

Btw, is this just the photo or is there ominous glitter? I see what looks like metal shavings on gear teeth as well
