Can we swap the original motor (1.6 turbo) from the Fiesta ST for an Escape 1.6 turbocharged?

I also expect that the flywheels are also different because the Escape is an Automatic and the Fiesta ST a stick shift.

Or one has a flex plate and the other a flywheel. ;)
The important missing thing to point out is that despite the flex plate for an automatic, the flywheel bolting pattern should be the same and the Fiesta flywheel will bolt up. Otherwise the same engine as long as you swap over the remaining Fiesta specific bits.

The 2013 Fusion also had the same 1.6T engine (subsequent years were reduced displacement to 1.5L but otherwise similar)

Ford changed the displacement to 1.5 due to regulations in China. The FiST was sold in China, with the 1.6, and buyers had to pay extra for the extra 100 ccs in what was basically an almost identical engine.

I doubt they sold a lot of them, but what a cool car.[driving]
