^ It's they a thread showing how to use this? I know that when I have bought things in the classifieds I don't always get feedback/rating. It may be because it's not a well known feature.

There isn't because its a common software feature on the forum, but I can come up with a tutorial to help everyone out. Would having it as a sticky in the Classified forum work?

I knew it was there but I have never used it.
I believe a tutorial would be helpful.
