How is the ride compared to stock?

It's been said before by others but it's actually better then stock. Car is a little more flat mid corner then before.

how is the dampening on the car with lower springs? same as stock or worse?

Actually feels better. Took it out to the usually place and now the ride feels more BMW-ish. Firm but not overbearing as before. The springs seem to have helped with the over dampened shocks.
