I'm kinda surprised no Chinese vendors or vendors using Chinese parts haven't appeared on the scene. For Downpipes and exhausts etc. The only Chinese piece I've seen is the eBay manifold which I've not seen anyone running yet. That looks good for the price. Maybe our platform is too niche?

The FoST is a bigger volume seller. That said you would think there would be some eBay downpipes/CBE's by now.

Hi all - a bit of a technical question as I see that COBB hasn't tested this...is the exhaust system any
different in the USDM version compared to the euro/au RHD version? Has anyone tried fitting
a US exhaust on a RHD here? Any insight would be appreciated.

yea I wanted to go single exit. and when on the track it shoots decent sized flames out so it gets it away from the back bumper. I don't like to be part of the "norm" lol. and I think it looks pretty good as well! thanks!!!
i got straight pipes with dual tips, so youre saying the single tip gives more or less pops on decel? i get a lotttttt of burbles and pops.

Also basically all i need then to shoot some flames is a catless dp? i may have to extend my tip out farther lol.

also heres a video of my straight pipes in action.. sorry its been compressed a bit.

Mountune are making two versions of their new exhaust. The length is slightly more on a 5 door car from the specs I've seen & so would the length of the exhaust. Best to get a 3 door UK specific exhaust unless you feel like cutting your shiny new exhaust.

Damn. Was just about to pull the trigger on FSWERKS. Hoping my Cobb stage 2 is all good as I've already ordered it.

I was close to buying that exhaust as well. In the end it worked out to be the same price as the Milltek so it was a no brainer for me.

When you say Cobb stage 2 do you mean tune? Cobb Accessport won't work with the 3 door cars. If it's not shipped I advise getting a refund now to save your return shipping fees.

Seriously? I see you have a 3 dr too. I'm over in NZ and ordered it through http://www.yics.co.nz/ who is a COBB distributor. Not sure why they'd sell me it if it doesn't work but yeah I will definitely be calling them tomorrow. Yeah the FSWERKS sounds amazing. I'm going to try and hunt down the exact differences and see how hard it would be to make the
USDM stuff work.
