If you have a way to print it to scale then cut it out it is very easy to test fit that way.

Wilwood 12.19" Fiesta BBK diagram which fits 17" factory wheels.

My kit is the same except 11.75" rotors on custom same offset caliper mounts with the calipers pulled in as far as they can go so around 2.5" less from the center of the hub to the outside of the caliper.

The stock WW BBK is 7.04", mine would be around 6.81"

The rest of the measurements are the same.

Ok, based upon those measurements, neither spare will fit. The SVTF spare is pretty close, so I would still get one and try it. I know from looking at the Wilwood BBK myself, that the drawing they provide is a little larger than the actual kit, and your kit is even smaller. Hope this helps.

***Update*** Good news. The lightweight NON-ST spare fits over the stock ST brakes, with plenty of room. I also Fitted the SVTF spare for a comparison, and it has even more room than the NON-ST spare. I would say that there is around a 1/4" clearance to the stock ST caliper with the NON-ST aluminum spare, and around 1/2"+ with the SVTF spare to the calipers.

In the past I have used their drawings and from other brake companies and scaled them to the correct size by printing, adjusting, printing again until correct when physically measured, it might take 2-3 tries. Then I can cut it out and put inside the wheel or drawings of the wheels I am looking into buying.

In this particular case I can just buy a wheel and when I return home pop out the studs and place it over the brakes if the measurements look like it will work that is then I would know for sure. If fits, great, if not, sell it....

I have gone without a spare tire on my vehicles and just carried a plug kit and small compressor and a can of fix a flat for emergencies.

That stuff is a mess to deal with later so I would only use it if no other option.

I'm not having a printing problem, it's just that I don't believe the dimensions Wilwood is calling out. This was a while back, but I remember checking the stock wheels to the dimensions provided by Wilwood, and they BARELY cleared, and I have seen the Wilwood kit on a car with stock wheels, and it looked like they cleared with plenty of room.

That is exactly the same SVTF spare i test fitted yesterday. I willing to bet that it would fit, even though the Wilwood spec sheet says otherwise.

In my opinion, the spare and jack are actually GOOD weight. The weight is pretty low in the car, which helps with roll center, and also helps to settle the rear end of the car down and keep it planted. Take yours out and you'll see what I mean pretty quick.

I'm really only doing this so I can run my sub box in the lower floor position, and to offset the weight of the box and all the components. This is just a mockup, but you get the idea.

Interesting info, I have had good luck with their specs on other vehicles, got lucky it seems!

I have about 3mm clearance on my front calipers to 15x9 track wheels which are the only set that fits. It was quite the effort to make sure they fit and did not rub...the custom billet mounts had to go back to the machine shop to be tweaked a tiny bit and I had other things to sort out but they work great now. I wish I could run a set of 15x8 street wheels but none fit over the brakes, the ones I would use are under 12 lbs, roll formed, very strong and only $119 each! (only made in 4x100)

I am looking for a wheel without the tire as would get a tire one as close to the stock tire diameter as possible and hopefully lighter as well.

I will do whatever it takes to make and keep the car as light as possible and bring the balance to the best place I can, I have a lot of weight out of the back of the car and working more on the front now

Rear battery, will carry some tools, emergency gear and rear washer bottle and some carefully placed sound deadening to take weight off the front and add some to the rear.

Reduced weight on the front of the car and more to go though now it is more about cost as in a CF hood. I also just sold the J-Line IC and parts and bought a Cobb to save 8-9 lbs but might go a different route I am not at liberty to mention yet

Increased the rear grip by a camber and toe change and have only had a bit of handling issue when hitting the brakes hard at 130MPH on 225 race tires, why spending more time and money up front to get more weight off. With a nearly full tank the rear stayed planted really well though at the worst the car just wiggled a bit, easy to control. I will add a wing and diffuser to the rear also.

Keep the spare, and run a HALF tank of gas. At 7.5lbs per gallon, that's 45lbs.

Yes, I saw that sub, but I already have my little 8", and that thing is pretty pricey. Especially for a guy like me, who barely knows one end of a sub from the other.

Lightweight spare is a really good idea for multiple reasons. I found this today on fordparts.com. Is it the same one you are using reracer?

I bought mine off of ebay for maybe $65 shipped.

I ended up using the wheel from the full size spare for my winter tires since I bought a set of stock 15" Fiesta steelies and one was bent.
