Thanks for the detail. Glad I didnt have to beg you :)
No problem I figure if I'm going to try and help you guys out in what I got done there's no sense in having you guess on the work I had done. So hopefully that helped and anyone who likes it can really get a good idea of how to go about getting something similar. The video I'll post later will sound better and give you a better idea of how it sounds.

I just called a place called mufflex out in Trnton NJ for a custom catback, they gonna get back to me with a quote. They got good reviews on the net, hoping they give me a good price.

Your first question for any custom muffler shop should be "do you use mandrel bent tubing". Crush-bent tubing has no place on a turbo car.

I know this and yes they do. Except they dont have the bending machine. They have already premade bent stainless piping they said.

Good! On my 1988 Merkur XR4Ti I had a custom 3" turbo-back exhaust built out of 321 stainless and entirely TIG welded. It raises the cost of the exhaust due to all that welding and cutting but as long as they are good with their welds it's a great end result.

As an aside, even though my XR has nearly 300hp and 360ft/lbs I still prefer this new Fiesta ST in terms of fun to drive factor.

Seriously, the necking down and opening back up of the exhaust system causes the air to slow down and speed up again. Unless you went to 3" I bet you mostly made gains in noise level.

Nice tips! I remember when I had my first custom exhaust installed I choked at the price of the Sebring tip I purchased for it. EEk!

I know and I wasn't worrying at all just messing around. I've used this type of exhaust on all of my cars with great results so I knew it wasn't going to be superior but it will get the job done, after the AP I'm sure I'll be content with power for a while

Does anyone know if just deleting the resonator off the exhaust would make a notable difference? I want some sound but not a lot. I figure it should be a good way to go. Any thoughts, ideas on that? Or if anyone has a video they can show me that would be awesome. Thanks!

Here's a quick little video from the outside. The last video I posted was with a leak at the gasket so it sounded weird. This is a video after fixing the leak.
