Mods i can add on a lease..

In Feb. i leased a 2014 Fiesta ST. I just recently put on a COBB RMM. Any suggestions on other cheap, productive mods i can add. I plan on buying out the lease in 2.5 years cause i LOVE my car.. Thx

^This. Plus any bolt-on you do you can always pull them back off. A tune and intake will be the easiest.

I have never leased a car, so I really can't be much of any help. Do you have to sign a contract when you lease to not alter the vehicle in any way? Also, what do you plan do do with these mods if you have to take it into service? I bought my car and I understand where I stand as far as my mods and the warranty. The thing is, is that you have to watch how far you take it. Installing mods that are easy to return to stock is one thing but if you get carried away with a lot of those easy mods, you can still find yourself spending a whole day or more to remove them.

+1 for this. Take a look at the lease contract as some manufacturers stipulate the condition the vehicle must be maintained in (ie. regular maintenance and no modifications). Leases are tricky because they already know what the car will be sold for after it is completed. It doesn't matter what that you are buying it after it's up.

Personally, I wouldn't modify a leased car at all. Remember that Ford actually owns the car, not you. My recommendation would be to just give it to the dealer straight. Tell the dealer that you want to buy the car out of the lease. See if they can work something out. You might pay a little extra but it's probably the best way to go if you really love the car!

To me it seems like there would just be too many loopholes where they could bite you in the ass for modding up a leased car "oh you didn't see this super fine print within the fine print?" it's an exageration of course but along the idea of what im talking about.

In MOST cases, with your average bolt ons, the tards at the dealership won't even know. I mean, every time I'd go in the sales folks would learn some new shit about the mustang they were trying to sell me lol. Again, that's not 100% of the time, but I'd sleep easy taking the risk.

I'm also leasing my car, and while I haven't done any mods yet (just got the car a few weeks ago), I specifically asked about mods. They said they didn't care as long as the car came back with no parts missing/damaged, and back to original. There's even a piece of paper in the contract that goes over what they look for when you turn in the car. Check out your paperwork from your lease and see if you've got something like that.

Otherwise, an intake, tune, wheels, and RMM would be easiest. Could also do some LED's if you're into that (turn signals, license plate lights, rear brake lights, etc...) since those are generally very easy to install/un-install. I probably wouldn't go installing a new turbo until after you've bought out the lease though...
