Why wouldn't you purchase an X37 and try out the R&D 1st? I know knowing of turbo design, and I'm not throwing mud just curious. What might the larger compressor wheel offer, and if there is a "bad" result what might that look like?

It's just not a crazy big different from what it has already. The 15-20whp difference in wheel size isn't going to change the entire turbo character or anything. As for me doing it? I'm putting a 350-360whp comp wheel in a td04hl. Not to mention my results would be void on a stock fiesta ST engine since my car no longer has a stock engine. Any results I got would not apply to everyone else.

But for the person looking to reach that 300whp mark, a free upgrade seems like a no brainer.

We could do this service in 1 business day as well, so it would not delay anyone very much.

I don't think sourskittle is doing anything other than trying to expand the market, I feel like by him wanting to do more to the x37, it is impeding on Adams x37+ hence the negativity towards sours wish to test...

If I put the bigger compressor wheel into your x37 and you don't like it, I'll machine you a new compressor housing with your smaller X37 original wheel back in the turbo FOR FREE including shipping... That's zero risk and a free upgrade for the first person to do it.

It's THAT obvious that a bigger compressor wheel would make more power easier with less octane and not be as hard on the intercooler for more consistent, repeatable performance...

Just wanted to say it was another good day in the shop ( dos pipe bolts came out without breaking or stripping !!! ) and I just wanted to post an say that the entire group of guys with fist's that I've felt with have been nothing but awesome.

Every customer, every friend. Nothing but cool and nice people. And even a few that have hung out in the shop with me in the insane Florida heat while I installed their parts.

I have not felt with one single shit head as far as customers go !!

I charge $300 to install a cyborg.
I don't mind doing little things at the same time.

But today... I did the turbo, downpipe, catback, intercooler, cold pipe, hot pipe, spark plugs, 1/2 air intake, and turbo smart BOV.

And of course I charged more for more stuff like that. It's extremely reasonable though

I had my Cyborg with Big inlet, ported manifold and heat wrapping with turbo blanket along with colder plugs installed by Bryan. Bryan is a top notch guy. Friendly and knowledgeable. We hung out from 9 am - 6:30pm just talking and wrenching. If you're in the area and don't want to try the install on your own, I highly recommend Sour Skittle. In the process of having my Cyborg tuned, but I can feel a difference going from an E-30 protune on stock turbo to Cobb stage 3 with the Cyborg. Car pulls nicely to 6500 Rpm. Can't wait to get my tune done, but as it stands now, worth the money. Thanks again Bryan.

Bryan's been nothing but awesome to deal with. He answers every question, no matter how busy he is, and is always super friendly. I can't say enough nice stuff about this dude.

My cyborg has been on the car for 7,000+ miles, and has been great. It pulls hard as f*ck in the top half of the power band. I've only went racing twice since installing the turbo, but I've trapped 105mph. Car would be mid 13's if I could get a good launch...

Sure, there's other turbos that make 20-30 more horsepower, but I'd still choose the cyborg any day. Connecting with SS, supporting a hard working dude, and the results make the cyborg worth the money. Wish more people would stop being brainwashed and give the cyborg a chance.

Exactly what Frankie Said. Brian is a hell of a good dude. If I ever get to go to Florida I definitely have to meet him and take him out for a drink. Always answer my questions. Was super detailed. And when I was having issues with my cyborg, this guy was on the phone with me my installer/old tuner trying to figure it out. Covered some parts. Offered me stuff he had no reason to. Just an all around awesome guy.

Now he cyborg. The external waste gate is awesome. The cyborg pulls like hell up top, and runs so great. It pulls awesome. Absolutely worth the money and time.

I just think it's great how many fist owners are cool and nice people.
I'll admit, I wasn't always crazy about SRT4 owners, lol. There were some good ones but I def prefer all the fist owners I've met over the YEARS now.

Pretty of guys will tell ya, I'm hard to claim down when I get to talking about cars, lol. And it's the love of cars and modding them at keeps me going on day's like Sunday. After a hot Saturday day and evening baking in the shop, it took some love to wake up early Sunday morning to go at it again in an even warmer shop. It's brutal down here this Summer.

Anyway, everyone has been understanding when I make mistakes ( yes, it does happen ), and everyone has been happy to lend an extra hand in the shop as well, which is both handy, and I think it lets them enjoy the car more since they helped in a big or small way.

Ok... I'm done rambling, I'm off to research a smooth way to remove the windshield wipers, lol.

Also, Victor, I didn't drop any cowling screws on Saturday or Sunday, lol. Lesson learned ('twice ) lol.

Ohhhh !!! Props to depot racing. I got to work with their catted Downpipe and it fit and worked GREAT.

And props to Map Performance. Their catback when on super easy and fit very nicely. I would recommend that they include or advise people to buy upgraded exhaust rubber hangers. The stock ones seemed a little stressed, but it was nice and the tips looked GREAT. I'm no fan boy for catbacks, but fitment wise, I give it praise.

Racing around??? Noooo that's a no-no. You can drive (keyword, drive) the car on Cobb stage 3 with the cyborg, but it's not safe to do so. I drove my car on Cobb stage 3 about 20 miles to a shop for a dyno tune. Was getting negative corrections as soon as I hit the gas. I made sure to stay out of boost the whole ride. Better to be safe than sorry.

That's funny I drove around 150 miles on stage 3 didn't see any negative corrections. It felt way better than my base tune. On my third revision and now it's starting to feel good.pulls hard through rev range.
