I'll be honest... The BC is very beefy, and surprisingly it is structurally sound. It was sent to me, you have my certified welded brace it up to make sure it would be durable. Its no joke. The welds look clean and its very heavy. The flanges are huge. Durability will not be an issue at all.
Its not perfect, but its not $950++ either. For $400, its an amazing amount of fab work and stainless steel.
All these bigger/better setups, I hope someone, at some point steps it up and lays the smack down on my numbers by adding meth injection. But a lot of guys are actually more leaning towards what the cyborg was meant for, and that's fixing the power band from being all 3000rpm torque and shifting to make power where it can be used while racing or driving faster. Lots of these guys are just looking for good clean wide powerbands, not just peak numbers to beat another setup or me. And I don't blame them. No wants to run meth on a road course either. And again, I don't blame them. But sooner or later, someone will, even if its me. My meth kit was a $200 meth kit I bought on craigslist that said, "Not Meth" right on the side of it because it was not compatible with methanol, lol. Hopefully I can get caught up and all the turbo's shipped out before all the cool air comes and goes ( it was 77 degrees here at 9pm tonight with like 75% humidity, I guess we're not getting a winter at all ). My new meth kit should be able to give me a little but of gains, plus my upgraded hot pipe, lol.
