Well with a cold air intake, the only possible benefit is that you start out with air that's potentially cooler, so more oxygen. However, in a turbo car, you suck the air in and then it passes through the turbo. Once it does that, it's pretty hot! Then of course it goes through the hot side charge pipe, then intercooler, where it cools down (as long as it's not the crappy stock cooler), then though the cold side charge pipe to manifold to engine.
