Well... Sorry to disappoint guys. I changed my mind about the mishi IC. Got an AIRTEC one instead. I just didn't feel like having to "fab" my own mount and such. Will post back once I get the other installed. Hopefully this weekend. man I can't wait to go stage 2 ... In the meantime I took some shots of the two side by side for comparison.

AIRTEC intercooler installed. It was a good choice. Drives amazing after going stage 2. Also looks great.

Based of my math it's 600.6 cubic inches using these measurements.

22 x 7.8 x 3.5= 600.6

For a rectangle
Volume = abc
Where a, b, and c are the length of the three edges.

You can have too big fyi.
I heard that 1,000 times. Then I put a 32x24x4 thick cooler on my SRT4 and it did EVERYTHING better. Maybe with a proper turbo setup you can go too big, but dealing with a tiny turbo that's pumping serious heat due to being past its compressor map, over sized coolers really seem to help.

Funny, the $800 spearco cooler for the srt4 performed worse than the $385shipped ebay cooler with the stock turbo. The better flowing core had the air moving too fast through the cooler. Once they went to a high cfm turbo, the spearco did much better and proved its money worth. Moral of the story is... If your putting a GT35 on your fist, you need a big money core. Other wise, you need a dense cooler that cools the very hot air your putting into it over max flow. In our case, weren't not maxing flow or cooling (yet). The charge temps fist guys complain about ( including me sometimes ), are no where near what turbo cars used to see with stock turbos and intercoolers. I bet the 1g and really the 2G dsm guys had some insane charge temps.

2g for sure and 1g for damn sure with those tiny tiny sidemounts.

Hey now, that T25 was a big power maker. ;) Check out my 95 Talon TSi when it still had the stock T25 wayyyy back in 1996.

Curves look familiar? ;) Weight was approx 2800lbs... so close to FiST weight.

Lol. But that was "Razor tuned". I bet 91.346% of all those 2G DSM's with the T25 running all that crazy boost were pulling crazy timing all the time. Another display of how tough the 4G63T is.

The guys that went through the trouble to upgrade to a B16G or something prob had enough sense to tune it properly.

Nope, just bolt ons. That was 18 years ago before all the fancy reflash stuff. If I remember correctly I did use a Apexi SAFC after swapping the 16g on the car, but I would barely call that tuning. ;)

Anyway, I was joking when I said it was a power maker. The only reason I posted it was to show the similarity of the power curves to the FiST.
