I work for a pro cycling team during the season, been w/ them for years. There's a bike swap tomorrow right over the bridge from where I live & work, so I'm helping the team owner sell a bunch of team equipment. The swap is in an old Ford assembly plant. Not sure what they built there but just to the left of my car is SF bay.

COOL! [thumb] [cool]

Did they compete at this year's Thompson Classic Crit in Doylestown, Pa.? (I missed it this year.)

Are any of the team members trackies as well?
We've got a bunch of trackies, Chloe Dygert-Owen and Jen Valente (USA), Steph Roorda and Jasmin Duehring (CAN) and Sofia Areola (MEX). Chloe and Jen are Olympic medalists and World Champions. The team really concentrates on development and works w/ USA Cycling a lot. We should have multiple athletes at Tokyo in 2020.

We didn't have anyone at that race but do go to a few crits every year...Boise Twilight and the 2 in Denver that were right after the Colorado Classic were a few that I went to with them this season. We don't get to many back east as the team isn't really crit oriented.

Yeah, you're lucky to have an actual Olympic/Worlds spec (250m, wood, 50*+ banking) track in that area. ;)

Yeah, most of the girls train at Carson. It's a slooow track but at least it's wood and has ok turns. I kinda wish I could get on w/ the national team and work some more world cups, track racing is really cool.
