You did all of those mods before even the FIRST oil change?!!

HARDCORE! [thumb]
to be fair i didn't do one of those like 100 mile oil changes, i'm at 1400 miles already!

Musta missed my thread lol. Stage 3 before first oil change, coilovers, wheels, aero. haha
i don't have any idea what stage 3 is but I'm sure you're more modded. I don't have a lot of serious mods really, just lots of little stuff. certainly not any proper aero mods or anything she's just a garage queen street car heh.

also this was the scene when I picked the car up.. they had the audacity to park me next to another orange car making the fist look so red

Thanks... I bought it used but it already had some of the mods done. I think I am pretty much satisfied with where it is now. Famous last words I know! I retired to SC 3 years ago from Northern Va.

Yes the Weathertech's are a quality product.
looks like you got lucky, cuz that car looks flawless...but its nice to have another SC owner, beginning to think id always be the only one

Test fitting Rally Innovations light bar and Hella lights before wiring them.

Which Hellas are those?

I had a setup sort of like that on my old '89 A2 GTI 16V for when I was working SCCA Pro Rallies, but had them mounted right into the bumper, with BIG PIAA 130 watt driving lights on top of the bumper, and something like those Hellas (but with a fog lens/reflector) above mounted below the bumper.

IF there was a way to mount a 4 light POD on these cars without any drilling, or damage to the hood, I would consider it in the future.

Once installed, does the bumper have to come fully off in order to remove the R.I. light bar mount?

These are Hella 500 driving lamps, but down the road I want to get some more powerful lights. I'd like to turn the car into a proper rally car way down the road, something to use for local rallycross stuff.

To properly install this light bar you have to remove the bumper. You drill out 4 holes in the plastic grille, but it's damn near impossible to fasten the bar on without removing the bumper.

After two weeks, and lots of tire drama, the wheels and tires are finally in the same place and will get installed today.

I like! [thumb]

Do they make badges like that with the "My Son Is A Marine" on them, like the decals I bought at the Parris Island MCX way back when my son graduated?
