This is the first chance I've gotten to check out the backing on the rear hubs.

It makes me wonder if.... These would work as an alternate to using traditional wheels spacers out back. If nobody has developed them for the 7.5, they should do that thing. If you aren't sure what you are looking at, these apparently fit tween the hub and the mating surface to widen track. They are also quite popular with the prior models.

Also, how is the drive with the TB?

Those look interesting .. Have not finish putting all the stuff on that showed up while the car was away and I had to redo the 6 point bar as the slime slt they put down on the roads here in winter just ate it up something fierce so sanded and gave it the POR15 coating and then plastidip for good measure to keep the stone chips at bay.. But the car won't see salt in winter anymore so thats something in the past. I will report back once I give it a good work out..

Added the TB bar and removed Rear Dust shields for better cooling on the rear brakes and ARP longer/stronger wheel lug bolts

I added the ARP studs and removed the rear dust shields some time ago.
The dust shields were removed mainly because of the larger rotors I am using.

I posted this else where about this kind of rear torsion bar.

I know it will work when it is first installed with everything new and tight.
My question is with only one mount point at the top (each end), how after six months of use will it maintain it's rigidity?
With the twist beam constantly twisting and the torsion bar trying to counteract that, one would think that the single connection point would eventually fugue.

BTW, the hub spacers IS something that we are working on.
I currently have a prototype set on my car.
There are other problems that have come up in the development of this item that we hope to have resolved soon.

That's excellent to hear. I actually intended to go and prototype a set next week when I could pull the car apart to measure and test but I'll leave it be. I'd like to know a bit more about what sort of issues you've run into, but I'd just as rather have you keep your confidentiality intact until the product is a go or a no go. If the latter, expect a PM.

I will say this.
Many things are developed and sold in the UK that sometimes can NOT be sold in the US.
We have different liability laws here.
One of the things involve a serious safety issue.
However we are very close to working it out.

Yup. The land of the McDonald's hot coffee lawsuit. The litigious nature of society is a real buzzkill for development.

As was saying elsewhere, the aftermarket for this little escape pod is really vibrant, with a lot of small players. Even with an eye to liability concerns, I'm hopeful bright minds will prevail.

The Fiesta has historically been a global product, with lots of iterations and development within those iterations. Great knowledge base to call on, and a blank canvas in the North American context for inspiration to grow. It's good to see and I'm sure that whatever issues present themselves will get settled. I'll be signing up for a set, if that ever happens. Between a set of traditional spacers and these, these all the way.
