Yeah, it's only temporary so far. I'm in a rotational program at Ford so I'm at Ford Racing for ~8 months. Hoping for an opportunity for a full-time job there in the future, but we'll see...

Well when I created my sig I had all these glorious plans for mods, but I've since realized that I'm probably better off not modding a lease and spending my money on modding my Genesis Coupe (got it before I started at Ford, it's ok I swear I'm not a traitor haha). So I don't know how much I'll actually end up doing to the Fiesty. I have already taken it to a track day earlier this fall and absolutely loved the car on the track though, so I wish I could spare the cash for a full track setup.

I don't recall exactly what it is, but it's most likely just a vehicle used as a pool car. Or it could be one of the calibrator's cars, we have a couple guys that work like part-time for Ford Racing and the rest in 'mainstream' Ford. I wouldn't necessarily expect a "Ford Racing Minivan" anytime soon lol.

As it sits today: not even 12hrs after transit

Sadly the dealership wants to:
-check to make sure it has oil in it
-ensure fluids are topped up
-do a pre-inspection of stuff...
-um.... check the air in the tires?

Anyway, apparently this will take until Wednesday before I can pick it up, sigh

Cool Beans on the Jellybean and yes the Dealer need to check it and turn of the "In Transit" mode on the ECU so you can enjoy it as you should.. From what I know the intransit mode keeps the car detuned so the railcar guys don't have too much fun loading and unloading it as well as the truckers

Got to take a 2015 Mustang home last weekend, so I left my Fiesta parked inside the shop... picked it up today and it was sparkling clean! One of the guys washed it, and not just like a quick wash. I mean like he washed the entire exterior, got all the doorjams, AND cleaned and vacuumed the interior! Then I promptly drove it outside into the snow/slush and it got dirty. That figures.

LOL I was about to say...I think it looks pretty good. I'm just worried about scratches if I should get a roof rack. I know they make 3M material you can put down so still on the fence.
