I just datalogged a few pulls and.... Guys... This car is STUPID. More power to the EFR guys, but this setup is (dare I say it) FAST.

It makes me lift is 3rd and 4th gear on sweeping corners ( if I was in a rwd 911 turbo, I'd be dead right now ).

I don't know what my final numbers will be but.... Its picked up A LOT of power. Its already got more power than I personally would want. On a road course, its going to be down right amazing on some sticky tires.

I can't post up and normal data log files yet ( no wifi ). But I'll take some screen shots in min. Pretty sure I saw 20+ psi at redline and I'm just sitting here shaking a bit. Its properly fast now, and I feel like its reached the area of too much power without an LSD. Its using every millimeter of thread on those 235/40/17's to keep traction from a 2nd gear roll, but... Wow... I'm just very impressed.

I lifted the wastegate tables a bit on the topend and added 2 degrees of timing, and it has me almost speechless.

I am now fully convinced for sure this turbo will be all Rick needs on his car with a proper tune. I have not even really pushed the tuning or ran it on E50 yet !!! Wow... That's all I can say.

I know it sucks, but... Its the best I can do without wifi...

20psi at 6200rpms +\-
20psi or more from 3300rpms to 6200rpms
Peak boost is 25.39psi
22psi or more from 3577rpms to 5568rpms

No ign corrections, highest timing was 15.5.

Making some nice progress SS, must be taking up a lot of your time. Following with interest.
What are your plans for the IC up-grade?.

Getting me all excited now:):):)

Checking the alignment then back on the lift to inspect my rear axle mod welds, every nut and bolt I have turned on this car, which is most of them, etc.....and then my lady and I are going for a nice cruise and into SLC to shop for food, most of the stores we can get organic, grass feed, etc are there and back home so it should be 150-200 miles on today, then tomorrow a nice long drive to bear lake, back through WY, will get it close to tuning time:)

Yes sir, that is ign advance. I'm going to try and post the full log later today.

Razor, it has a lot left in it still tuning wise before it hits the dyno :)

That picture actually came out better than I expected.

When intercooler time comes, I will be doing the J-line. I was maybe going to help panda test there fiesta FMIC, but I guess they lost in interest in the fiesta as it seems all vendors have ( prob has
Something to do with people always being so negative, while said people never intended to buy the product either way ). So I'm going with the j-line and welded on 90* tubes.
If Panda has lost interest, I haven't been informed. I have the prototype sitting on my car right now; gotta get the fitment perfected. ;) I picked up a Cobb cooler so we can get that ball rolling again. If you want, we could work out a deal on it once we've got it right.

This would of all been done weeks ago if I did not run into so many time consuming issues getting my car on the road, I have built many cars and parts but not DIY BBK or cutting, aligning and welding a rear axle which both took a huge amount of my time to get right. And I had other projects in the works that needed done besides getting my house, yard, shop, ready to sell.......

But at the same time I also did more turbo porting, more manifold porting, built a great intake, etc...so my tune will show what we can do with nearly everything that can be done so a very valuable look at the gains this can really make.

SO does the Cost or price you mentioned SS include all the hand porting that is done on yours and Raam's ? that has to help for something vs the dirty old stock manifold.. ?? just asking cuz I am too lazy to search ..hehe
