Do you think you might need an actuator with a stronger spring SS?. Isn't the Cobb Valet setting equal to around 5psi meaning boost is control by WG spring pressure only. That is a little low if your running 20 plus psi imo.
Video has is up now, nice work.

I have an AP from Mountune preloaded with a tune that was the closest to my mods before the turbo was worked on, it should be safe but I will be watching things closely.

I wanted to finish up the alignment today but when I opened the garage there were quite a few garage sales and traffic, far more than I have ever seen on our dead end road, I have a ton of crap to sell so stuck a bunch out my 18ft aluminum car hauler did rather well, guy coming back on Monday to pick up an engine will make it a $4k+ sales total!

Perfect as I need more money for the car and I only buy stuff when I sell stuff, my retirement budget.

Half the time today was spent answering questions about the car, most everyone wanted to check it out:)

Parts for building exhausts, intakes, IC piping, turbo manifolds, hose clamps, coolers, fan, AN hoses, AN fittings, QTR turn fasteners, forged eye bolts for harness mounting, gauges, tires, wheels, tubing bender, dimple dies, tubing notcher, angle finders(cage building stuff)and much more....House stuff, books, BRay player, SACD player, Marantz and Onkyo receivers, Sat receivers, amps, subs, engine, engine stand, some clothes, plumbing fixtures, telescope, complete turbo system for Scion tC, towing stuff, tire chains, and more listed on a sign, Antique walnut hutch, 53 Studebaker body, 02 Z06 chassis and suspension, complete band room setup.......if I sold all it would be well over $25k and that is stuff just left to part with, already sold around that much this year....and we have around 10,000 books in the basement as well as more car audio gear and other things to part with. I will never accumulate so much crap again in my life, I keep things I use or plan to use and have not sold due to an upgrade but my wife, she wants to keep everything.....we are working on this as a team, going well:)

Once I get all this crap sold and the house I will be nearly dept free, would of been if not for the ST project but not bad and I have a little pension from the USN and a much nicer one from my business so we are going to have a great time in our travels. If we find the right place in Carson City NV we will buy it right away and then rent it out until ready to live there but looking for one that can be used as a home base, nice shop or build one with room to park a 13' tall, 43' trailer under the side awning and live there until ready to build or after remodeling a house. Unfortunately Reno Fernley Raceway closed, again, dang, it is a really good place to test your skills and get a car really sorted out, I hope it opens again as it was part of why we picked Carson City, area.

Anyway, back on track, the garage sale was super busy so I did not get to work on the car, they the BBQ, then I was tired as standing around all day. Funny I can work all day on the car and be just a bit tired but standing around wore me out.....

All goes well it will be on the ground again by this evening and DRIVE IT, for real this time.

Though they may not be looked at by the ECU they sure tell something very good is happening with the bigger compressor wheel so great info to have)

I hope to finally have my suspension done today and get some real miles on the car, it had 293 miles on it in when I brought hit home nearly 6 months ago, 294 miles from running it on the lift in gear, now 295 miles from going up and down the street two different times to settle the suspension between tweaking the rear axle alignment which is a big job, cutting and welding the flanges turned out to be far more involved than imagined!

The ecu does look at compressor outlet temps, as well as exhaust flange temp, exhaust valve temps, and exhaust mass flow even though it does not have a real sensor.
Hey that's interesting...I didn't know we had a stock temp sensor installed between the turbo compressor outlet and IC inlet that we could monitor turbo compressed air temps! Still finding my way around....
