While waiting for an EFR, manifold, etc......I was offered the opportunity to get some tweaks done to see just what this thing can do. All goes well I will have it back in a week or so, bolted on and then I still have to break the car in so will take it easy for a bit then start pushing it and working on the tune via email.
I will get it on a dyno after it is sorted out and tuned properly.
Goals:
Trim back the rapid onset of boost.
Wider torque curve.
As much HP as it can make within reason and much better top end.
LOW COST
I will still be looking towards the EFR when available but this could do all I want and if so will stay with it.
It will open the doors for those that do not have the budget for the EFR to make much more HP than possible with the stock unit.
If you end up going this way do yourself a favor and buy a few low cost tools at do some manifold porting, it needs it badly!
