Molten Orange ST going Japanese style (Oh the blasphemy) *PIC HEAVY*

WARNING PIC HEAVY THREAD. THOSE WITH SLOWER INTERNET OR BANDWIDTH LIMITATIONS PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!

A few of you know me. Some know me from the FiestaFaction.

Well I did it. I broke down hard. I now own a 2014 Fiesta ST in Molten Orange with every single option you can put on this car.
Molten Orange pain
MyFord Touch with Navigation
Recar Racing Seats
Powered Moon-roof.

I regret 1 thing.

My yellow SES is never going to be loved to the same degree ever again. I'm scared for the poor thing. I have given up the greatest car I have ever owned...all in the hopes of better experience...and in the name of power.

I have traded my greatest friend of the road. And I will now cry for the Itasha Project.

Well here it is, next to my old friend.

Anyway, Here it is the first day I got it:

Now I decided to plasti dip the wheels white as an experiment. It didn't go so well, but the first day I did it, the car looked awesome.

From there I removed the plastidip a few days later as the brake dust was too much and got into the nooks and crannies of my shoddy paint job.
So from here I went and installed something from my last car:

SO MANY PICTURES! But wait, there's more:
WARNING LOUD AT CERTAIN POINTS
I also installed a Neon licence plate holder. Because I like tuners and rice (Blame Europe with their hot hatch seen back in the early 2000s and such, I was raised in Germany for 16 years. Oh the awesome stuff I would see...)

Now shortly after this me and my father did what any sensible new car owner would do...and took it to a drag strip. It was a 1/8 mile strip and it still got a 9.9 with the wheel hop, traction control on, and the engine violently banging the way it did. You can hear the engine in this video:

Now after this, my father and I did not like the sound of engine bang such as this and swiftly went and purchased the COBB RMM. Worth! It arrived about a month later as they were waiting for the bushings to arrive. Totally worth the wait.

This was all done within the first 2-3 weeks of owning the vehicle.

Ok now we fast forward to today. The ST has been to 3 car shows and has won a 2nd place (Should have been first, trust me when I say this) in domestic mild (Means stock). I have lots of plans ahead and I am going to Nashville TN this saturday to partake in exotics cars and coffee. That means I get to be around Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bugatti, McLaren, and all sorts of other cars in that kind of category. If that isn't enough, there are usually around 400+ cars at these meets. Now THAT is some awesome live car porn.

Anyway, yesterday and today I did some more. I wanted to do some stripes in the middle but the vinyl kit for it costs $200. Madness I say. Madness! I decided to take things into my own hands and have at it after watching some MCM videos along with getting the proper materials.

Putting some Knifeless tape and masking tape:

Then the end product:

And during my second session (Which failed miserably and we don't talk about that) I received something in the mail.

And now...we wait.
I currently have braided brake lines and the projectors awaiting install. After that I need to work on installing the Kicker sub I have along with the amp. I took it out of my old car and want to install it...I miss the boom. It was so clear, and now loud or muddy. So good. Anyway, sorry for taking up all your bandwidth for the month. Expect more soon.

What's the Japanese style? [confused]
It's coming in the future. I was hoping that I can pin down a design of "Itasha" for this car. I tried it with my last fiesta and I had the first version of a design before I traded it in.
This was the design I was going to do with my last fiesta:

But I don't know what I want with the ST. To cover this paint would be so...wrong! That's why I did the stripe first. Once I start playing around with some editing programs and such, then I think I will start to really get some serious designs put down. Or maybe if the Itasha project guy ever shows up again then maybe I can talk to him. I think his segment of the business got shut down because his site went down. I am sad because he was the one who gave me this design. :C

But yeah, I want something similar but I don't know if I want to run the GT BMW graphics from the Goodsmile company racing team on this one or do something different.

Hey guys. I am back. I went to cars and coffee Nasvhille yesterday and had a blast. I found some Focus STs and started convincing them all to move into one spot together. A few minutes later I am in between a few Focus STs as the only Fiesta to show up.

While I was there I got to see the most beautiful cars you could ever see. This is the second time I have come to the event and I plan to go there every time they host it from here on out. I always enjoy it so much.

If there is anyone in the TN area that is willing to make a trip to see these kinds of cars, the address is 633 Frazier Drive, Franklin TN.
I come in from Clarksville and I know a bunch of people who come in from Memphis and even other states just to see this kind of event. It isn't a show. It's just a simple cars & Coffee...with supercars...beautiful, luxurious sportscars. And many many others.
You see every kind of car.
Here is a page to the facebook page that they have.

No other news than my rear seat belt covers coming in. I'm waiting for my dad to get back from his trip for me to install my ST ghost lights and braided brake lines.

Whatever makes you happy. I can't stand itasha, and I'm glad they're for the most part just as hated in Japan. Your stripe looks solid though, nice work.

Hello people I am back with a new addition. As some may have already seen, I have installed the Boomba BOV adaptor. Here are some pictures of the finished product:

It's beautiful isn't it.

How does the Boomba sound?

Sounds loud and amazing. Best pointless mod ever. does nothing for performance at all, but damn do I love that sound. I can just stomp on the gas and when you let go, It gets me all giggly every single time.

So you have a German car with American Theme/Flare (Herbie) then a American/Euro car with Japanese Theme/Flare what a great collection of identity crisis

And then we have the Jeep Dragon Edition. That takes on Oriental styling as well.

None of the cars in the house conform! except that damned F-150 we managed to get from my grandfather. But I'll fix that soon enough hehehe.

UPDATE! YAAAYYYYY!
TACTICAL PICTURE NUKE INCOMING!

First off: Laser projecters.

Next: Boost Gauge!

Fuze piggy back:

This is a temporary location of the gauge. I will move it later on when I acquire a longer boost line to run to the gauge and when a proper pillar mount is made for our cars. Hell, I may just make something custom or have something made for me.
But I have not hooked up the dimmer wire to the fuse box yet as that is also awaiting the permanent install phase.

Same with the laser projectors. They are in temporary installation phase until I can find the right wires to tap into and extend the wires to allow such an action. This way they will only turn on when I open the doors.
I'll probably just stick them into the fuse box and run them off the dome light fuse. I need to stock up on "add a circuit" and 2 amp atx fuses.

From here I plan to install more gauges depending on what I think the car needs. Like water temp, maybe exhaust temps, who knows, I might do oil temp even though we have on right on our dash. Mostly for lolz on that one.
Chances are the COBB AP is in the future, if not the Injen CAI. Or I might finally get some new rims and paint my calipers.

My next /planned/ mod is going to braided brake line. I've had these for a few months since I got them for my original Fiesta SES but I traded that for the ST. Looks like they will cross over to the ST.
