I did the 15mm Garageline spacers and they look nice and flush.

I had the 15mm spacers on my stock wheels and I friend of mime said that the back wheels were "wobbling" so I promptly removed them.

I'm definitely going 16x7 next year. That set up settles it. Looks great on stock suspension and that's what I'll be running.

Finally bit the bullet and bought 16x7 sparco assetto gara green wrapped with general G max 205/50/16. Figure with winter coming up I went with all seasons . The reviews on G max were good and did good in light/ some what heavy snow. It got good ratings on light and heavy snow so I guess I can't got wrong . I had shitty sumotumo a/s last year winter on the svt focus .

I'll be going 16x7 next spring also. Just going to run my 15s I have on now in the winter with some skinny winter tires. Then get some 16s on 205/50 or 225/45. Those seem to be the 2 best sizes for 16s, from what I'm seeing.

Yup that's why I went 205/50/16 from pics they seem to have plenty of meat. Thinking about selling my oem silver wheels with tires . I think 300-350 with tires they're going for ?

And there's more options. I love my sport comp 2s and they come in 205/50 so I'll be doing them if they're still around next year. And I sold my whole oem set tires and all for 350. And the front 2 were pretty much bare. So that's a reasonable price.

So I'm eyeing a set of 16x8 wheels, but I'm pretty dead set on wrapping them in some Extremecontacts. The only sizes that are available that would fit are 215/55, 225/50, or 225/55. I feel like 55 is just to much sidewall. Will 225/50 fit on a 16x8 at stock height without rubbing?

215/50/16 should fit. That's the same size as the 215/45/17 some people are running. The others will be too big though.

I would go 225/45 and the Dunlop Direzza ZII but that's just me. 215/50 Direzza DZ comes in at under 100 though if you want the extra height and gearing.

Pic of a 225/45 r16 ZII on a 7.5" wide wheel.
