Not at all, the tune does not need to take place at our facility, and Our military discount is good for active duty, and retired Military as well. Our appreciation for your service and sacrifice is not conditional on when you served :)

We will be testing various ones to ensure we have, what we feel, is the best package we can offer in terms of quality, fit, finish, and of course, performance.

The 2.0 Escapes are awesome, and the 1.6 is still in BETA, but close for release, we just need one or two more to validate everything. We already do the 1.5 Fusion, and will be doing the 1.6 next as well.
For those running the Livernois tune can you guys post some updates? Any issues so far?
We have amazing reliability, performance and drivability with our custom tuning, especially when it comes to EcoBoost! We have a handful of vehicles out there of varied platforms with near or over 100k miles. We are also the current holders of at last check 8 EB world records...there are hundreds of engineering hours that are poured into EVERY SINGLE tune, intake, exhaust, thermostat and downpipe. Not saying that nobody else puts in the same effort, but nobody has achieved anywhere near the same success that we have.

We appreciate each and every single client that we have waving the Livernois family flag!

Harvick, if there is anything that I can do to edify you on what we offer feel free to give us a shout!

Have you guys cracked open a fiesta engine? Curious to know if we have forged parts in it.

Livernois - might have missed this in reading (glancing) over the 30 pages in this thread, but in order to take full advantage of your custom (long distance) tuning platform, is your software compatible with a Mac computer, or PC only? I ask because I've been through this with "another" tuner in the past and was never able to do anything "custom" as a result of owning a MAC.

Thanks for the question Whiplash, our remote custom tuning is only supported on PC's. Have you thought of running parallels?

I read all 30 pages in this novel, couldn't put it down, couldn't wait to see how it turned out.
15 got in on the group buy, a few posted instal questions, a couple had some real basic butt dyno comments.
But no grand disclosures or definitive opinions.
4 months later: What happened to this thread? Did someone rip out the last few pages?

I've been meaning to respond to this thread for a few days. Your post reminded me. So here it goes...

Since December of last year I went back to stock and began running 87 octane fuel since the winters here in MI can get pretty bad. With snow on the roads and winter tires on the car, having even more power would just be wasted to excessive tire spin. So in turn, I opted to save a few bucks and not run Premium over the winter.

Now that the weather has started to break I loaded the 93 Octane tune and filled up with premium fuel. After getting out of 1st gear the first thought that came to mind was...What the hell was I thinking running this car stock!?!? I can't believe how much more responsive and power the car has on the tune. It's night and day IMO. In 2nd gear, the car pulls hard all the way to red line from any RPM. This is the way the car should have come from the factory. This tune is worth every penny.

I did not have a lot of seat time stock and my summer ride is a blown 5.0, so it was hard to tell how much better the tune was from stock in the beginning. 5,000 miles later running stock I have a better feel to what this car is like. Overall I am extremely happy with how the car drives and performs running the Livernois tune.

I have 32k miles on my car and installed the tune at 5k.

Haven't had a single issue. In fact when I took my car in for emissions in TN I didn't even bother returning it to stock.... No problems.

One of these days I'd love to find someone in my area running the Cobb tune to see the difference between the two.

My previous 2 cars had Cobb tunes and was very happy with them but after doing research and seeing how much development time Livernois had put into the Ecoboost platform I was sold.

what sort of boost is this tune making?
Most likely 22psi tops. Our cute lil turbines can't handle much more than that. But I'll let someone from LMS jump in and give an exact number. Just wanted to get you a quick response.
