So i just got a new fiesta, I have an s280 turbo lying around from my old fiesta and its going into the new ST asap BUT need some Advice.

I have dp (catted or uncatted) will I make more HP on the Catless DP? I've heard you make less on Catless.

Intercooler
Wastegate
Charge pipes
exhaust
Single port Aux fuel injection
E85 at my disposal (for e40 e50 tune)
The whole shabang

How much hp should I be making?? On E85 blend

Should I add the
Bosch 4 bar T-Map Sensor 2014+ Fiesta ST / 2013+ Focus ST
&
AEM 3.5 BAR / 50psi MAP sensor kit 2014-2019 Fiesta ST
(For more hp?)

What eles would you add and how much are you making on this exact setup?

(SIDE QUESTION) what is the sizing for the manifold to turbo studs/bolts?

Any IC engine is a glorified air pump, the more air you can exhaust, the more air you can inhale... So catless will lessen the restriction in exhaust and allow more flow but a turbo is a massive restriction so a catless DP isn't needed for a street car performance, not to mention it's illegal in most municipalities...

Also map sensors will not provide more HP, just allow you to see boost above 29lbs and therefore tune for it.

This car is my new track car, it won't see a normal road.
