Can I pick up that short shifter on Saturday? I’m coming up to lake Elsinore so I can stop by if you’re free.

from one PPL to hopefully another soon, get a flight sim setup. It'll save you a ton of mistakes and probably money if you cut down your flight time significantly with flight sim.

I spent ~$800 on my flight sim setup at home and it saved me dozens of hours with my instructor. I got licensed with only 20 hours of flight time, a bit more if you count my first solo.

I'd do my sim flight the night before my real life training flights. It's crazy how useful it actually was. Especially if you're going for IFR certification. My instructor asked me if I was doing flight sim before I even told him, so it does something.

good luck! It's so much fun.

I picked up a few things from him back in October. He was very responsive at the time, so I think he's probably just busy.
