One motor makes 120 at the crank, 110 at the wheels. Two motors for 240 total at the cranks and 220 awhp. Only around 200 total ft/lbs though. These NA motor's aren't torque monsters.

I can confirm the lack of torque lol. My car put down 104whp and under 100 torque to the ground.

oh okay was under the assumption these would be ST meaning stock turbo

No, that would be the dream though. I graduate college in the spring and I'll have more free flowing cash to be able to fund something like that but this is a good proof of concept. If this works and works well, I might end up making a second one from two ST's but that costs more than I'm willing to spend right now. Plus the design will be finalized and improved on in the possible second version.

Of course, I have 2 pictures for you. One of them is a classing form for NASA time trial competition.
This car is 100% bone stock engine wise. Even the intake filter is still oem.

Got a bit more progress:

Cut the hell out of the doner car and got what I needed off in one piece.

I put the engine and trans back into place so now I can work on storing it over the winter. Not shown but I have the dash out and most of what else I need removed too. I think even with school and work I’ll be able to get the rest of the car out of the garage by my deadline. Much less of a problem now that I have what I need.

I’m not exactly sure. I’m cutting up a sedan so the back end isn’t the same. My plan is to strengthen and slim the piece I removed so it will have a smaller footprint in the rear. From my eyeball measurements it’s going to fit perfectly. My logic is that’s there’s plenty more room in the rear than the front. My subframe may be visible from the bottom rear but I’d like to hide it under the bumper cover at least. We shall see.

I don't see any info on their site listed for any Fords. I'm guessing they either stopped the service or it just isn't advertised.
If you are looking into getting your ecu flashed, i would reach out to cris taylor racing. they offer b spec tunes and un restricted tunes. He is very well known in the b spec world of SCCA.

He even has some notes at the bottom about the flash. I have been on the fence about doing it but my car is already close to my max power to weight potential.

If you are thinking time attack, you will 99.99% most likely be in unlimited class basically anywhere you go. Most rulebooks don't allow suspension changes, drive train swaps and etc. until you get to the unlimited range. In wheel to wheel you most likely will not fit into any class besides like NASA STU which is basically just unlimited wheel to wheel.

In drag racing you may have better luck with index racing or small tire stuff. But I am not too sure how all of that stuff works tbh.

Little build update,

Got the remainder of the car scrapped and got the garage cleaned out by my deadline. Engine, trans, and all other pieces are in winter storage while I focus on school, work, and life right now. When I have some spare time, I'll get the engine running and start stripping the wiring harnesses for what I need and don't need. I also need to trim most of the metal from the engine and suspension "cradle" to slim and strengthen it. The final plan is to be able to remove this cradle in one unit from underneath my car once the swap is complete with a few bolts, but maybe that's not necessary.

I'm looking to purchase a pair of ST front knuckles (with good wheel bearings), rotors, and calipers to upgrade the steering and brakes of my car. I'll use the current front pair on the rear, as one of the donor car's wheel bearings was beat to hell and rusty as sin.

Finally got around to posting this video.

What do you guys think about this transmission noise? I bought the doner car with this noise and thought it just needed a clutch job. Clutch came out in a million pieces leading me to think there might be a deeper issue. Put everything back together with the new clutch and that's the first start on video. Started it in neutral and the axle still spins so I'm not sure what's going on but I think the trans is scrap metal at this point. I'll open the transmission to see what's going on but I'm unsure if I'll be able to get it back together for a core exchange haha. We will see.

Linkage might have the trans in-between gears?

I'm pretty sure the linkage is fine. The cables and shifter both look good on and off the car. The transmission linkage member moved freely and I was able to move the levers and shift gears without the cables. It felt like it shifted good, exactly the same as my other 5 spd.

I did get the car off the side of the freeway so I know it was running and then..... wasn't.
