Ran her this morning (to get tires) just fine. Went to crank her up tonight, won't start. Figured battery (might've left hatch ajar?), so I gave jumping it a shot... no such luck. I'm getting horn/lights, but no clicking or turnover.

Any suggestions?

How old is the battery? Simply leaving the door ajar wouldn't kill it. Take the battery and get it tested at the parts store. Make sure your clamps and wire connections aren't all corroded to crap due to battery acid.

Another item that would prevent a crank, is the clutch pedal switch. Might there be a message for that?

I think it was 21 or 22 I put a new battery in. Might be the clutch switch (or starter)... just had clutch done... possible something came loose. Meh, I'm having towed. I'll leave it to a mechanic...

I'm having the same thing with mine.... New bather, won't start unless it's next to the column, no keyless entry. Hell, my other fob is the same way, but no warning lights...
I'm stumped

Went through this. Make sure you use a Panasonic battery. It's the only brand of battery that seems to work consistently.

I only had one Energizer battery work and I tried many. It only lasted three weeks and still had over 3.1 volts. The Panasonic is still working after over a year. Original battery was a Panasonic.

Based on the date in that thread, my Energerizer is at 2.5 years so far and the signal range is pretty good. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ Like I said in the thread, sense makes no. πŸ˜‚ It does do a lot of sitting; but no more now that it did before. I do use a Faraday pouch now whereas I probably didn't for some portion of the prior battery.
