My Borla SS exhaust tips need help.

So I recently purchased my car and it came with a nice sounding Borla exhaust. The tips however don't look nice. Any suggestions for bringing back the shine? They appear to have gotten rusty

That one looks good too. A liquid might be good for taking rust off.
