Alright everyone,

So the group I instruct with a lot is hosting an event at streets of willow, but this one is a night time event. yes there will be lights on track, working headlight and tailights is required.
The event will go from 5pm to midnight. I will likely be taking my mustang to this event. but if anyone is interested, please feel free to message me or email touge2track.
Night time events are not common and they are usually higher cost due to light rentals and over time pricing from the track but this is very competitive pricing.

ok this is was I am actually interested in as it’s nighttime.
I'm really excited for it at night too. If you do sign up, they are having some gifts for people who add under glow or any other sort of lighting to your car.

Willow springs is marked a historic landmark. So it has to stay as a racetrack.
I would be more worried about prices skyrocketing to like Laguna Seca levels.
Willow springs is really cheap compared to basically everywhere else. New investors may see that as a reason to raise prices.
sub $200 willow springs days may not be common soon but who knows.

There is a good chance if I do it will be my GRC as I am kinda exploring selling the FiST the GRC’s potential exceeds it by so much. It’s already faster in the bottom end than the FiST and in 30/70 feels a lot like the FiST . It’s just that much more of a car and I am feeling like the FiST is going to get ignored and with the Insurance costs it’s kinda of a big why?

I’m kind of in a similar situation I guess. I keep telling myself I need to be a season champion in gridlife or potentially nasa next year as well and then I can treat myself to an upgrade. Fiesta st seems like the obvious answer. After this past weekend I have now driven 4 different gr86s and I keep falling more and more in love. I haven’t looked too much into insurance. But I think it may be cheaper than the fist

GR86’s are dope for handling. The only problem I see with them is a chassis that could use more power. If a GR86 came with my G16E 3 banger in it I would probably pick one up. 😂 I cannot fault you for liking it.

Is that the engine code for the GRC engine? If so I 100% agree, if they made a special run with that engine combo I would trade in my mustang in a heart beat. That would be a monster on track.

yes it is. The GR86 with it would be the Giant killer entry level RWD sports car
