Instead of cutting down the door insulator, couldn't you just make the door card a little bigger......Then use a heat gun to Bend the door card to form a sordove box with the edges to eliminate the gaps and it look cleaner? Food for thought.

I would definitely have to agree with @WannabeST on this trim. Looks way better than before in my opinion. So what’s the weight difference of these with the new trim vs stock door cards?

Thanks and if someone can measure the originals I can measure the ones I have, roughly about 1kg but I will measure them, it is mainly for getting a track car vibe from the panel and also having enough clearance for a roll cage.
