You have two options:
Kwikserve - downtown Salinas location (it's within walking distance of my house, so I usually go there, and every pump has E85)
Marathon - the location off Airport Blvd exit (also in Salinas - usually cheaper than Kwikserve, but I think only a few pumps run E85)
