Yeah the five lug bolt pattern is a big advantage for wheel options but honestly it’s more cost effective to just swap them every season or two with new OEM replacements. My stock hubs have been reliable even with wide sticky tires, aggressive offsets and punishing curb strikes. 17x8 light weight wheel options in 4x108 are nonexistent. Can we redrill 4x108 to 5x108
@Fusion Works without compromising hub strength? I don’t know if there’s an advantage to that bolt pattern when it comes to finding wheels but I’ll dig a little and see.
Edit: 5x108 isn’t that great but 5x100 is. There’s a ton of great 17x8 5x100 et35 wheels. It’s still cheaper to have custom 4x108 wheels made than it is to custom make 5x100 hubs that still need to be replaced every year or two. Forget I even went down this rabbit hole.. 😂 When the Rotas crack I’ll buy custom 4x108 wheels.
