Here is my base map vs 1st revision. 15-16psi base map and 23psi 1st revision. I just got my 2nd revision back from Tune+ this morning and have yet to datalog. I doubt I will be able to today due to it being 32 degrees. I know I will struggle to get grip if its above 23psi. Hopefully my 91 tune is finished in the next week and then I can start my single port aux fuel tuning with E50. That'll be a riot.

S280 Turbo w/ 14psi wastegate
Vibra Technics Motor mounts
Cobb RMM
Koyo Rad
CPE Cold side w/ hks bov

I put the vehicle weight as 2700lbs, and me 170lbs. I do not have my rear seats in, trying to find my hatch leaks.

That is a great bump in power! Any plans to do e30?

I weighed my car on a CAT Scale today to try and be the most accurate on the Virtual Dyno. Car weighed in at 2780 with me in it. 2610 without. Car has recaros no sunroof. Rear seats and passenger seat have been taken out due to me hunting down the infamous hatch leaks. I will re install once that is fixed. Here is the fixed Virtual Dyno

Yes, I plan on doing E40 w/ my whoosh single port aux. 350-370whp is the goal.

Made time to data log the 2nd revision. Weather was ok too. About 40 degrees out and my Falkin Azenis RT615k's hooked after a couple tries. They're getting low on tread.
Anyways, here is a comparison between the 1st and 2nd revision. I notice a slight AFR spike, I'm sure in the next revision it will be taken care of. Looks to have added 10-20whp and about 30wtq in the mid range which felt great in the seat.

I think I NEED an S280. This afternoon, coming up to a red light I knew was about to turn, i passed a jeep going into merging lanes. Well, Mr Jeep which turned out to be an E Jeep, decided he wanted to get back in front and I couldn’t keep in front of him 😩😩

An embarrassment like that should convince the wife right?!

Well....what's done so far? If you're FBO you could easily get the s280 for not too bad of a price.

Eh, kinda FBO, I think the most consequential parts anyway. I have no intention of a DP or exhaust, and probably keeping stock intake. Anyway, my signature is up date with my parts.

So yes essentially just turbo with install kit and another tune, but still, that scratch ain’t super easy to drop. But I’m gonna at some point.

You can do S280 with stock downpipe. Do an intake or drop in filter. Stock fueling will max out around 280-300whp. I'm almost to that point. S280 with the turbo smart wastegate is right around $1900.

You know who to talk too if you want to experience a S280 locally 🤣

1st Revision vs 2nd vs 3rd. If you notice the weight difference between the first 2 revisions and the 3rd is because I put my interior all back in. Added up the weight and I should be around 2710lbs, 2880 w/ me in it. One of my friends that has an S280 stock fuelling is pushing around 28-29psi and does feel a little quicker, but tuned by dizzy. I rode in it once a month ago, I could be remembering the feeling wrong and it could be right on par with hers. I'd have to actually race her to find out. Is Adam just more efficient? I notice there really isn't any timing advancements on 91 oct on my AP. It shows +1.00 of timing. When I was stock turbo I'd see that got +3 maybe higher. Guessing he wants to mitigate knock and keep it safe? Adam said this is possibly the final one, if there's another revision it'll be to clean it up overall. For daily driving this will still outrun most cars I will run into. Already ran a mk7 GTI and a Audi S3 and pulled on both. That was actually on my 1st revision, curious to see how it would stack up now against them. Aux tuning will start next week probably!
This is also at 4500ft of elevation.

what is your altitude? It plays a big role in results . I saw 284/284 on my final revision pump gas 91 and ya I am tuned by Adam and he does a pretty damn good job. I am at pretty much sea level though and you being in Arizona I am gonna guess you are a couple thousand feet higher.
Oh and ya Adam pretty much nailed it in 3 revisions on my car as well . He really knows the S280 well.

Don't pick that fight - most BEVs and even some hybrids are too fast in a straight line pull. Fight them at the launch and in the twisties.

^^^Makes me wonder what skinnies on the back, and a full FWD drag race suspension would be worth. [dunno]

A wheelie bar might be overkill at this point though.

If I had to guess an all out effort sacrificing overall fun/handling could probably be worth a couple tenths in the 60'. And a couple tenth's would basically be 11.0-10.8 area.
