When screwing the Caliper piston back into its bore...make sure that it gives minimal resistance as its is placed back into its home. And that the Caliper piston is keyed correctly to the brake pads also. I showed this in a DIY with EBC pads and rotors replacement.
That was it, I’m such an idiot

Working on installing that steering wheel from the other day and everythings great except this - the new airbag only has room for the yellow connector (green and purple wires), but nowhere for the black connector (blue and yellow wires). Aka the original airbag has two connectors but the new one only has one.

Anybody know what the blue and yellow wires are for? Theres no obvious place to connect them on this newer wheel. And they feed to the black connector on the clock spring, not the white one.

Pictures show the original airbag with two slots for connectors, and the new setup with nowhere for the black connector to go.

Edit: On further research I think the difference is just 2 stage (US) vs single stage (EU) airbags, and a resistor between the unused connector should get everything working.

I never realized that they offered gold as an optional color. [???:)]

Did they charge an extra premium for that color, or was it the same toll as the other 'standard/stock' colors??

They were on sale just before Xmas. Half off with free shipping I paid $670 all in. I couldn't pass up the deal.

Nice! That gold on white looks sharp honestly. I used that same sale to get my replacement Podium. Cheapest I've seen their stuff in a long time so you made out amazingly well.

Threw a Razo pedal on. I mostly wanted to move the pedal a bit to the left but not add any more depth since I like the throttle to be even with my brake when its under pressure. The pedal came with spacers that make quite a big difference, but I found no spacers was best - heal toe braking is sooo much more confident now, highly recommend for the like $25 or whatever it cost me. (excuse the mud, its winter)
