I have two wings in my garage that someone could repair and use again. I've just ordered the Delta wing riser to stop any damage to my current one. If you used the Boomba wing risers, you'll have problems which is why I ditched them.

whats the best way to repair them, my wing got messed up from whoosh wing risers
I can’t certify that it’s the “best” way, but here’s what I did - the outer inserts basically cracked and completely detached. Fortunately all the pieces were still there so I was able to put Humpty Dumpty back together again.

Basically careful cleaning and prep + JB Plastic Weld. Replaced with a Delta wing riser mounted with VHB tape in addition to the screws. Holding up well so far. If you’ve lost pieces, might have to use a thicker adhesive (there’s a putty version, but not as strong)

Installed a mele design firm battery box and odyssey battery in the car.
is the Fiesta your daily driver? i'm thinking of doing this for my car before next winter but i've read it increases the chances of needing a jump if you go that route since the fiesta puts quite a load on the battery before engine start (all the things that turn on when you unlock the car)

Yes it is. I’m not to worried about it. I usually keep my batteries on a tender.

This is why I ended up not going super-light and stayed a bit on the larger side with a braille AGM. Used a 21lb partly to be safe, but partly because it was easier to mount (similar height to stock) Probably could have gone down to a 17lb (475CCA) or 15lb (426CCA) and still been fine for an all weather daily driver, but they are shorter than the 21lb. Unfortunately I think they are about 1/2” too wide for the Mele mount. I’d be wary about going below 400CCA unless it doesn’t get that cold where you are, or you’re able to keep it on a tender.

I would've considered this as well, IF I did not have to use this car in our winter season at all.
I cannot ever have it hooked up to a charger/tender where I am currently, unless I remove the battery every night, bring it inside, and charge it in the apartment. [:(]

So, I just got a full size, full power, (and yes, sadly even more 'full' weight than factory), Odyssey 96R-600 AGM. [wink]

That's awesome, I'd love to get an OEM flat bottomed steering wheel. Where did you get it and how much was it?
Not sure where that one is from, but this one’s from SoCal Garageworks and I love it

I bought it from ebay (this listing specifically)

He included the airbag when he found out I had a USDM car so that was a huge plus, but I don't know if thats a limited supply bonus or what. He also made it totally to order so I got red stripe black/red thread and a red/silver plate instead of the gray/gold in the listing.

Obviously its not installed yet so can't comment on that, but the craftsmanship is excellent and feels OEM quality. My only thing is I wish that Ford logo was red to match the stitching/logo but hey thats just being nitpicky.

I have no idea....the listing says Mk7 but I gave up trying to understand Fiesta generations about 20 minutes after discovering the car lol.

I'm a bit nervous though, this one has the little slits to stab and release the airbag while my '15 has the holes. We'll see if it doesn't fit, I honestly didn't think that much about it when I bought it.
