You can adjust the hoses for clearance. It's your car, either listen or don't .

Question, the bolts here don't seem to be fully seated in. Is the pipe turned a bit (clockwise) in order to make that clearance?
Also, do you know if this traction bar has a higher clearance than the tubular one (Whoosh/DNA/Pierce Motorsport)?
I'm lowered on H&R Super Sport and my tubular brace takes a beating on steep ramps, or any raised objects that can slip between my front wheels.

excuse me? who died and made you defacto expert?
Like how you come in all guns blazing who are you? Ya don’t answer that it’s rhetorical.
@Dpro the guy is posting pictures and showing how he does it. you're the one throwing bombs with nothing to back it up. maybe you're finding his idea of "clearance" to be what's hilarious but it's hard to tell because your replies are so sarcastic. i would agree if you're saying "that's not clearance. as soon as you hit a really hard bump or take a really sharp turn you're gonna rub" then i'd agree with you. but you're not saying any of that. as someone who also has the SWAVE 4 pt and is looking into getting the s280, @jingo5 is being a lot more helpful than you right now.

maybe you're right and he's wrong. but the way you're posting it's making it real hard to tell.

edit: grammar

i don't have exact measurements to provide but when i was looking into this i ended up going with the SWAVE too b/c of the best compromise between clearance and extra support.

Pierce and whoosh have the worst clearance (people who have seen both say they're basically the same clearance)

DNA has the best clearance (but they don't have a multipoint that connects to the front trac bar; probably because it has the best clearance for the FiST; i don't know how this would affect the rubbing issues you have with your s280 pipe)

SWAVE is in the middle when it comes to clearance (but leans more toward DNA clearance. Pierce/Whoosh is really bad for clearance if you've lowered your car. the pierce 6 point being comically bad for FiSTers who have lowered their cars)

yeah my rubber bushings got smashed during install but doesn't impact it and doesn't rub. Remember those are cylinder collar nuts going through.

ESP_Martin.. for those who want to buy the swave and summit I'd go with AET MOtorsports. Yes they're in UK but it's still cheaper than local businesses.

TB performance is a great alternative to the SWAVE and they’re made in the USA by a small manufacturer who also happens to be a super nice dude.

@dhminer absolutely TB Performance is a go to option! an unused SWAVE 4point was on the ForSale thread here which is why i went for it but if I had to pay new straight from the supplier I would've gone TB 4 point for sure.

well yes I do have what he considers clearance and it’s pretty much a fixed situation which is exactly why I did I put the smiley laughing it was a friendly thing not sarcasm . My last post indeed was a bit sarcastic in part because of the way he worded his response as if he dispensing some great fix and I could choose to do it or not .
Oh and for the most part you might hit occasionally but I have had mine on for several thousand miles and so far I am good if anything it’s harder to keep from scraping the bottom of the crossbrace without raising up my coilovers. That is due in large part to all the driveways around here that are cut at angles creating a low spot situation. around the brace area.
For the guy with HR super sport springs those springs really drop the car low my friend had them on his car and went to coilovers so he could raise his car up due to the extreme drop of those springs.

Thanks for the responses and pics y'all. Guess I need to do some fiddling this weekend with my hose/pipe placement.

I have an s280 with the standard wastegate, but I want to install uprated injectors (no hpfp). Do you guys think I need to upgrade the wastegate? I also have the stock downpipe so do you guys think I should upgrade the downpipe?

A wastegate and downpipe definitely can't hurt. Both are good pieces to have in my opinion. There may not be any massive gains from them, but you will get more sound and better exhaust flow, and less duty cycle on the wastegate.
