The previous owner did sortof a half job of installing the load management system so I tracked down more parts to it and ordered them from Ford. I also got my backup camera and harness in the mail so I can get that installed this weekend. Next Monday I should be getting my Sync 3 radio in the mail so Ill be able to run Android Auto in my car. I also have an OBD EX link cable so I can enable the camera function with Forscan. Got a budy who is a huge Ford nut to help with the camera install. The Sync 3 install will take me no more then 20 minutes.

Those subframe alignment bolts,

I don't track my car, do I want these? I'm all about improving the cars feel and handling. Notice anything after install?

Anyone have the subframe bolts torque specs handy if I decide to throw a set of these in?
You won’t notice anything directly unless your subframe was already shifted (which is actually pretty unlikely - you’ll bend a control arm first) in which case it will affect your alignment in a bad way.

It might stiffen things up, but I think the main benefit is simply more accurate alignment of the front subframe to the car, which means you will more easily be able to get symmetrical suspension geometry and alignment specs.

When I installed the Vudu ones after doing , it made it much simpler and quicker to realign the subframe after removing it

Looks great. Interested to read whether you notice any difference
Thank you! No major difference, mainly to prevent anything from moving around. This car has some extensive chassis/suspension mods, it may be something you could tell a difference with on a stock car. I will say that everything that gets added seems to make it a tad more solid and direct!

More goodness to add to the radio... Just a little Forscan magic... Still gotta do the GPS antenna USB hub and power harness but Sync 3 is already 1000x better then Sync 2.
Considering the headaches I've experienced in some newer vehicles infotainment when given the opportunity to get a feel for them, Sync 3 is pretty solid. I'm on an older iPhone so wired carplay is totally fine (also avoids any chance for connectivity issues), mobile notifications are well handled given the integration, I'm not one for any kind of voice control, and my small selections of apps being Google Maps / Waze or Spotify / Plex always feels good on the display we have to deal with. The ST boot screen also feels right at home which I love. The only thing I miss from my previous Fiesta and Sync 2 was USB playback for old iPod's.

Well, I've got some maintenance to do on the canyon carver before a 5,500mile road trip from AZ to VA and back to visit family over the holidays.

I haven't driven it much in the past couple of months, as I've now got a company vehicle, but she's due for new front pads and rotors at 41K miles, which just arrived from Power Stop Brakes. Since I'm still on the stock turbo and "FBO" for now, I went with their version of stock replacements. Depending on what my Xmas bonus looks like from the company that I work for now, I may invest it, or buy an S280 to make this car silly since it's no longer my DD. [twothumb]

These Power Stop Brakes will be installed this week, as well as pre-trip oil change prior to putting 5,500miles on the car.

I've owned this car since March of 2021, and even if I don't drive it because I'm busy for a couple of weeks working, it still feels like I'm getting into something special and it still excites me every time I fire it up to drive it. [driving] I know I shouldn't have an emotional attachment to a machine(guilty as charged when it comes to my Jeep), but after owning both a Honda Fit and a Honda S2000, this car is just too good to let go considering its a great combination of both. There really isn't anything else on the market that I want to own and drive that checks the boxes that this car does.

My favorite couple of pics of my car, and after nearly 2yrs of ownership, I couldn't be happier with it! [twothumb]

Hopefully the coming holidays see an abundance of mods for your ST too, because big(ger) turbo is on my mind. [cheers]

Tracked down a USB media hub for my Sync 3 upgrade at a local dealer. Just waiting on the GPS antenna and power harness then I'll have everything for a complete Sync 3 upgrade. So far this car has been a hoot to drive as a daily scoot. Also got a bunch of parts for the load management system that have shipped and will arrive tomorrow.

Finally gotta chance to put my BOV on the car. Sounds great and holds boost so much better. Did this because the stock bypass valve got stuck in the open position, talked to Ron at whoosh and he recommend the HKS SSV, got the black edition and I love it! Hardest part was putting the clamp that holds the BOV in place which was very difficult! 20221212_164832.jpg 20221212_164814.jpg

Great pics @Overland History.

Interesting what you said about this being a blend of the Fit and S2K - what characteristics do you see in the fist? Fuel economy, practicality of the Fit and fun to drive of the S2K?
