What is this hose and how do I get a replacement?

Just got my FiST from a used car dealer but one of the previous owners did some mods and this hose is kinked in a few places causing my car to not idle properly. What is this hose and how to I find a replacement?

Sounds about right. If I get it replaced how should I reroute it so it won’t get kinked up again?

Parts stores sell a spiral 'spring' that will reinforce the bend so it wont kink. Use it for my oil can in the same area.

If it were me, I'd get a metal, or plasic 90 degree elbow in the proper size and splice it into the hose. It's probably cheaper than finding a preformed hose. I added a link to what I'm talking about, I don't know the ID of your hose, but you'll get the idea.
