If the price is worth engine bay dress up to you, then yes. Otherwise no.

So no performance benefits? One of the things on my list was to replace the coil packs when I had the misfiring issue, but step colder plugs solved the issue.

Coilpacks have never really been an issue on this platform imo. Also they aren't really an issue on any modern car until you get to double oem power. There are outliers but we aren't talking about a DSM or an older Honda.
