It turns out the lug nuts in my post above are indeed two piece lug nuts, what a pisser.

I have set and a half of aluminum gorillas that I got new for $19 total on an ebay bid. They are great. Just need to make sure that they are torqued properly and that's it.

Do you know the Wheel lug nut Torque spec? A lot of peeps over torque them.....

I don't off hand. I had Americas Tire do it so there was some liability to spec, but they were confident and all was good. I wasn't too convinced on aluminum lug durability until I ran into some corvette and Porsche owners that ran them regular and then I felt much better and never had an issue. I eventually changed to gorilla key lugs because they were black

These are one piece and are 12mmx1.5 which is the correct size if i'm not mistaken.
