How do you like the RMM?

I went with the "Street Spec" bushings and it's great so far! I was expecting far more engine vibration at idle, and it did increase just a little bit, but not near as badly as I was expecting! Worth it! ;)

Real overcast day that made me feel a little AC/DC so I went Back in Black for a bit.

Going to the 16's with 205/45/16 made me pull out my height measurements from stock when I first put my 16's on and realized that the much wider 215/40/17 were making me angle out the measurement when checking the B6/Swift drop to just under shy of 1". Now that I have my 16's back on I measured to an near exact 3/8" drop all the way around. So visually it is negligible and now understand what everyone is talking about in the lack of drop with swifts. The thing is that I am not sure that these would so called "settle" at any point with the little amount of weight that we are at. I will measure again in a few months to see.

I have a quite rare stateside set of 4x108 BBS Craters and some 4x108 Mustang Pony wheels that am cleaning up for fun. I also have Rota Slipstreams, Focus SVT 17's (on FiST #2), Team Dynamics Gold Imolas, and the Stock black ST 17's.

I think 6 sets of wheels may be a bit much so I am eyeballing a one-off set that may make me get rid of the Gold Imolas and Stockers at the very least..... Decisions, Decisions...

Finally pulled the trigger and filled 3gallons of E85 and filled the rest with 93 to switch to the Dizzy e30 tune.. OMG this thing is such a beast now! My wife even loves how much more it throws you back in the seat

I love my e30 91 tune from Dizzy. A big difference from stock, and definitely noticeable from the 91 tune. I wish there was 93 available in Denver!! Enjoy

3/8" drop I can live with. [thumb]

Suspension choice is driving me effing nuts with this car. [crazyeye]

I'm in the same boat with 5 sets, including the stockers.

I am tempted to sell 3 sets (brand new, never mounted, black Dekas, black 17x8 Pro Race 1.2s, and the stockers), keep the winter/gravel rally working Methods, and my daily driver bronze Dekas, and get the BIG BUCK 16x8 Braid Fullrace As I want, in gold (despite the extra $100.00 per wheel for that color).

Installed my Bilstein B6 struts and rear shocks. Kept the stock springs so the ride height would be the same! While I was at it I aso added Dpro's rear camber plates.
I've yet to give suspension much thought. How would you describe the benefits to swapping to bilstein?

3 days in and I have to say I am underwhelmed. Maybe I have no feel for this stuff but I bought these thinking they might soften the ride a little bit without sacrificing handling and so far I really can't tell much difference. Kind of feel like I wasted my money....maybe if I tracked the car or something I might feel differently. Maybe I need to give it a little more time.
