I have been looking at getting a less restrictive cat (200cell) and was curious can i just swap out my old cat or the new high flow one or is it much more complicated?

Its not complicated at all. You will need a new fire ring at the Turbo outlet where they meet and possibly a flange gasket neat the outlet of the Dp where it meets the Resonator/exhaust. The high dlow cat may set off the check engine light also. If it does you will need a tuner to set that up or modify the tune so it doesn't get a CEL. If you are running a Stock [emoji222]/Turbo it really isn't necessary BTW. If your running a Hybrid or BT then it can help out some.
